From a young age, Blake has been enamored with the craft of tattooing. Learning the trade from a street shop in White Plains, New York, he honed his illustration style through expressive lines and graphic contrast. After finishing his apprenticeship, he moved to Portland to study at Maine College of Art, graduating in 2020.
Most of his work pulls inspiration from old woodblock prints, etchings, and various other forms of mark making, that create depth and form from only one color.
In his spare time between drawing and tattooing, you can find him hanging out at home with his cat Miso, watching movies, and going out to shows with his friends.
